Monthra Thai massage in Buderim

A really good massage. Went for 1 hr came out after 3 hours- a real Complete massage and I can now move parts of my body that had been siezed for years. Highly recommended

Thanks to Mon and her staff I have had relief from migraines and other issues related to muscle tension that other masseurs just haven't been able to remedy. It's been such a relief and the health benefits for me have been massive. I didn't even realise how much the tension was affecting me until Mon fixed it. She is incredible and she only invites masseurs who are equally skilled to work with her. I would give her 10 stars but this review only goes up to 5.

Years ago I found Mon in Wollongong after I had a car accident. I was stiff and sore and thought a massage would help. I had one amazing massage that not only sorted out my sorness but also fixed a long term issue I had with my knee. Then COVID hit and Mon moved back to QLD. I amlost cried. Mon fixed something in a couple of hours that my Dr and months of physio had not been able to achieve. My knee was good for almost 2 years but I had started to lose a bit of mobility again. On a recent trip to QLD, I tracked Mon down and had a massage where she made such a difference to my knee, again. I would recommend Mon to anyone (and am secretly hoping she moves back to (NSW). She is fantastic.

I came to her with a very bad pinched nerve in my back and by the time she was finished it felt 80% betterI highly recommend her to anyone for a professional massage she seriously is one of the best

Had a great massage. Mon knows what she is doing! I thought my body was ok. Just “a bit tight around the neck”. Within 10 minutes she found the source of my problem - my chest and legs?! 1/12 hrs later i have full movement in my neck and extra movement in my shoulders that i didnt know i was missing!!! Amazing massage, Mon knew what needed attention and I left as light as a feather.I had a red blotch on my face for 6 months which Mon was able to heal with cupping, I had been to doctors and beauty therapist who couldn't tell me what it was and were no help it just kept getting worse. Due to sitting for long periods at work on a 7/7 roster accompanied by a bad shoulder from a motor bike injury, I found that on my week off I would be very restricted in mobility in my hips and lower back causing pain and inflammation. I tried many physiotherapists, chiropractic and other massage therapist”s but seemed to only be temporary relive if any, leaving me stuck in a cycle getting weaker creating more problems with my back. The first time I went to Monthra Thai massage was life changing, Mons style of stretching and massage seemed to adapt to what my body needed to get my mobility back and enjoy my valued time off work. Instead of spending hundreds of dollars and different appointments I just see magic Mon. 100% recommend
