Hello Owner,thank you for your response but unfortunately you don’t have all the right facts.I was not treated fairly by your pharmacist.I had to ask her to call the supplier to get a possible day, all she said to me was I will phone youwhen they get in contact with me, really. So then she did take my advise and called the supplierand she called me back with a day which was the following Monday. That’s all I wanted to knowa day or approximately one, that’s all but all she did was ignore my urgent request for my daughters needs and how important this script was to be processed. It’s not coming from overseas but if a more professional and understanding pharmacist had understanding to my situation a issue like this would not of occurred. She has no idea how serious the matter isand I am the voice to my daughter.She was talking over me on the phone wouldn’t even let me get my message through.Stop making excusing for her. She even was rude to my carers on several occasions.Customer is always right especially in a situation that is so delicate and a matter of health.Customers keep away. This has really made me want to speak out for people who can’t.

I have never had very pleasant experiences at this pharmacy. The chemist Randa has always been quite rude to me. Recently I required some scrips to be filled. Firstly she provided me with a generic brand without asking what I wanted and within the same prescription she didn’t have the other medication in the store that I needed. There are many other chemists in the area who offer a friendly service and will ask you what you would prefer before going ahead and making the decision on your behalf. I Will not be using this chemist again. I would much prefer to visit a pharmacy that’s friendly, where the staff are pleasant to you and where the chemist is doing their best to look after you, not to try to make money from you.I also recently had a fourth booster at this pharmacy. I was unable to move my arm for a week because it was so sore afterwards. This had never happened to me with any of the other vaccinations I have been given by my GP.In my opinion, this pharmacy is not one of the better ones around.

Excellent pharmacy! Very informative and friendly staff that goes out of their way to help, very caring. I would highly recommend this pharmacy over others i used down the road.

This pharmacy is hands down the most friendly pharmacy I have ever been to. They are always on time with my prescriptions and always takes the time to answer any questions I have regarding my medications. They provide free delivery, which makes my life so convenient when I don't have the time to go in person.

Friendly and professional staff the only pharmacy where I obtain all my prescriptions cannot speak highly enough of the attention to detail the staff provide

We had a flu shot last year, every thing went smoothly and I made an appointment they have plenty available this year so i had flu shot today everything went smoothly as expected. Randa was fantastic

As a long term customer, I must give recognition where it's due to the welcoming and attentive staff. I usually come around late afternoon and I've always considered it to be busy and active. However, recently I've been coming in around midday and honestly it's a bit too frenzied as there are only 2 staff members. This however, shouldn't deter you from visiting as the service is great and the pharmacist Randa always goes above and beyond.

I would like to let everyone know of the appalling customer service that myself and my husband received from this terry white chemist today. For those who are unaware babies Panadol has been in short supply of late due to a factory burning down. To my surprise I walked into this chemist for the soul purpose of purchasing babies Panadol and found that they had 8 boxes available on the shelf. Super excited I grabbed 2 boxes as there was no signage stating it was only one per customer. I was then greeted in a not so pleasant manner by some power tripping woman with long brown hair up in a ponytail and was wearing glasses , her name on the receipt is Mara . she then stated it was only 1 per customer ? I said “no worries I will send my husband down later to buy a bottle as my 1 year old has been very unwell and will not take any other medication. This woman then shrugged her shoulders at me ???? There was an older gentleman being served in the chemist just before me and he said “ yeh send hubby in “ . As I was waiting outside the chemist with my husband this same woman walked into the seafood cafe and walked passed myself and family sitting at the seafood cafe, in the interim the older gentleman exited the chemist and said to me “she’s just taken all the babies Panadol off the shelves !!!! To my disgust I then sent my husband in to purchase a bottle who was also with me outside, The sane power tripping woman was at the counter . My husband asked for 1 bottle of babies Panadol to which he was then told by her “ We are out of stock “!!!!I will not be returning to this chemist Terry white at Caringbah port hacking rd.Shame on you !!!!!!
