Service is bad now after the staff changes, not willing to help a long term tradie after years of purchasing paint from them. Just been told to download an app and look at that or speak to the rep, who's the rep now?, they keep changing without letting you know who the new one is, after complaining they told me to go to Taubmans. I will as their service is so much better.

Update the website to reflect paper written note for new trading times. The website states open Sat 10am the advice as per the paper note on the door states 6am to 10am Sat.

I was sent here by the super nice staff of Haymes Paint Shop Phillip for the concrete sealer I was having trouble finding. The staff at Dulux was very patient and helpful with finding me the correct sealer and colour. The result was great! Thank you!

I ordered and paid for flat paint, however received low scheen which was not checked at the store. Refused refund as store manager said as soon as paid no refund possible" waste of time and over $300."

Tried to place a phone order, but rang 3 times and no one answered the phone, went to Taubmans in Fyshwick instead. This store has really gone down hill since the regular staff that had been there for 10-15 years are now gone, the service is now woeful, the manager needs management training and the staff need more customer service training. Worst Dulux shop in Canberra.
