1st rubbish food services in launceston. People working in the reception just like attending a family funeral (showing black faces to customers all the time). No customer service at all. Prices changes all the time even we have discussed before ordering. Salesman in west Tamar takes ages to respond my message. No ideas how comes this business to survive in launceston.
