Life Outdoors Shellharbour

I am yet to buy from this store. I went in today asking some questions about Weber BBQ'S.I live in Sydney, and even though I will have to make the trek down to Shellharbour, I most definitely will, based on Martin's customer service alone, and I'll be buying not 1,. but 2 Weber BBQS. Great customer service!

This is a great store. Rang a few times to check availability of certain items and was pleased with the service I received over the phone.Today I was served by Tom who had exceptional product knowledge and was very helpful in getting me the best out of my new Weber barbecue.Thanks again guys, I was really impressed with the store and will be back to have a look at some other items.

Over the years we have bought two Weber Qs (small and large) from Martin and his son Tom.We enjoyed them so much we returned to get an outdoor kitchen. While it’s been a bumpy journey due to the state of international supply chains Martin and Tom have been honest and acting with integrity the whole time.I have zero hesitation in referring my friends and family to life outdoors for all their bbq needs.

Who said Excellent customer service was dead!!! These guys were amazing!!!!The manager Mark talked us through the entire product range, answered all of our questions, took the time to find out what we needed so he could suggest a good solution and clearly has a VERY deep knowledge of the Webber BBQs. Mark gave us a very pleasant experience and sold us an amazing BBQ (Genesis II Package deal).Mark was great, no pressure sales, just lots of great information and ideas. I went to Bunnings (waste of time, cheap rubbish there and little staff help or knowledge) then to BBQs galore which was better but still not the quality products of Webber, then I tried these guys and they were awesome. From the moment I walked in the door Mark took me seriously and treated me as a valued customer.We love the quality, the product, the price and the fact that Webber actually deliver the BBQ out to us and install it and take away all the rubbish too. We get a full demo on how it all works and how to clean it etc etc etc. Quality#1We are very happy we chose Blue Sky Illawarra, customer for life now :-)Well done team!Cheers Jason & Julie

The owner Martin is great anything you need to know about Webber bbqs he has the answer and has lot's of good quality camping gear as well would recommend any time

Purchased 2 firepit tables. Service was exceptional. The owner personally delivered the firepit to our apartment and set it up after the 3rd party delivery company wouldn’t do so even though we paid the fee for delivery. Owner and his employee genuinely cared and had no issues going above and beyond for us to get the item in our lounge room before expected date.True professionalism and old school customer service. Definetly earnt loyal customers out of myself and my partner.
