Tricky buying a bike you can't sit on but these guys were super helpful even though I became a bit of a needy customer with sizing. The bike is even better than I expected. I have always like the commencal brand and wanted one and the experience and the product are as good as I could have expected.

Absolutely awesome store, with very helpful and accommodating staff. Was having some problems sourcing a bike from another brand, bike kept getting delayed and the last straw was they said it was gonna be an extra 3 months after already waiting 3. The next day I went and saw Yann and built up a custom Meta SX with every single part I could ask for, which was then delivered in a week. Absolutely amazing experience and 100% recommend buying a bike there!

Since I bought my META TR and a few items over last couple of years, the customer service at Commencal Sydney has been 10/10. Missing cable routing plug arrived 24 hours after I contacted them. All my questions are answered quickly. Can't ask for more. Big shout out to Yann!

Very drawn out and slow warranty process.The dropper post on the bike I bough malfunctioned within the first month of riding and was only ridable for one ride before the post broke again. This time completely separating in half!The post had to be sent to the manufacturer, then back to Commencal, before eventually being sent back to me. Now, because the manufacturer did not repair the post properly, I have to repeat the whole process.Very eager to find a brand that takes responsibility for the products they sell. This is not Commencal!

The bike is great, but more importantly the staff are amazing! Purchased online, I had some fiddly requests to change order details a couple oftimes, and they were dealt with swiftly with excellent manners and patience. Special thanks to Yann who looked after all that for me.
