Marcus Hannah and Jess have put together a phenomenal team they are amazing with all only wanting the very best their clients in every way with both mental health and physical health are equally important to all of the team at Capital Chemist we would not be having a wedding next year without all of their support and beautiful love and Integrity we are blessed beyond all measure and it's the reason they are invited to our wedding as without the awsome Capital Chemist Crew we would not be having a wedding.Having been to many pharmacies in my lifetime they are phenomenal and absolutely Gold Standard we can not be more blessed by this amazing team as is the whole of our region. Always helpful and professional staff. Parking easy in the parking area behind the shop. There is a spot in this area, with the shop's phone number, for getting prescriptions delivered to your car if needed. I personally find it difficult to get a parking spot out the front of the shop.

Only went here because I was getting something else nearby and regretted it. They have customers standing out in the cold on the footpath waiting for 20 minutes while they fill a script. Any other products they just bring you whatever they choose rather than offering a selection because they won’t let anyone in the store unless to pay or for a vaccine. Certainly aren’t worried about social distancing because they’re happy with 15+ people waiting on the footpath or worried about hygiene because the person serving everyone was wiping the inside of her fogged up COVID visor with her hands and then touching everything. My regular pharmacy doesn’t have people waiting outside, seems odd that they’re doing it.

Very nice experience there. There’s a lady named Lee and she’s absolutely lovely and would go the extra mile to help the customer get what they exactly want, or may be something even better. Amazing staff.

Proudly showing me that they are NDIS registered . great staff great service and consideration. Covid vaccine available totally wheelchair accessible with no clutter. Info available for incontinence. Great value and range competitive prices.

Great experience. Super friendly staff when I went to go and get my covid booster. Very professional, and when I had some light headedness and fainting after some anxiety over the needle I was immediately looked after by an amazing team who made sure I was ok and looked after me as I recovered. If I could give 6 stars I would. Well done!

Terrible. We were urgently looking for medication for a relative and they never got back to us (after telling us they would call back in 5 minutes).1 week later the owner rang to do customer service research. I thought she rang to apologise for not getting back to us a week earlier.To my disappointment, the owner rang to know who referred us to her chemist, however I honestly couldn't remember. I told her that I wasn’t happy about them not getting back to me a week earlier.There were no attempts to have a discussion about the above and the owner hung up on me. I called back but she was too sensitive and obviously not interested.To this business: If you call people you didn't look after, don't expect a glorious response - try to find out how you can improve and avoid this again.Good luck to you.

I walked in to book times for booster shots and they were so helpful! They actually made time for me immediately and that high level of customer care is applied to all aspects of the pharmacy by every staff member. I highly recommend a visit to this wonderful team.

Visited here last Thursday and got the best customer service from one of the Pharmacists. Had to collect some items for my wife regarding breast feeding and they were awesome. They explained the item I needed and spent more than enough time with me. Best experiance I've had in a chemist before.The amount of customers at the store and staff working within, shows that this is a good place to spend your money. GOOD JOB!
