Officeworks Warehouse

Worst service ever, only delivered 1 item and others are delayed. They don't bother to give customers a call and charged you with full amount.What the heck is going on with my delayed items, can someone who is responsible reply ???? As it's impossible to get to you guys......Or office works only know to take money from Customers and give them poorest service. They should change name from officeworks to delayedworks.

Good place to work until you meet a woman called Valerie she hates males and if you even think about studying to better your future forget it they will fire you legit got fired because I needed 1 day off for my final assessment was looking forward to working here long term but got let go right near Christmas for no reason other than I was studying and it wasn't even going to effect my working hours absolute joke don't bother working here unless you plan on dieing here of old age and wanna get treated like you're just a number.

I am trying to collect printing that is required for Sunday and placed the order 3 days ago. I have called the 1300 number to be advised that it wont make it. I have asked to collect myself so it doesnt get dispatched. I cannot collect. I have tried everything to try and resolve this issue and collect the printing for the event myself but it seems that the call centre staff cannot do anything but follow the script. I didnt want a refund, i simply wanted to collect. NOW i need to go to office works myself and print AGAIN at an additional cost. I really find this unfair and i wont be printing with office works in the future.

If my recent experience is anything to go by, shop somewhere else. I know I will be!! They deliver 1/3 of my order and are uncontactable by phone or email. Mega or Office National can have my business in the future!!!!

Horrendous service today by Stephanie, Manager at the Chatswood store in NSW. I paid $15 or a 2hr delivery of a keyboard yesterday, the keyboard did not work properly so I had to drive to the store today. I spoke to Stephanie who said they would try to refund the $15 (since I had to drive to the store anyway) but if that didn't work I'd have to call HO myself. I said it would be good if they sorted it for me and called HO (ie to provide good customer service) which she refused to do. She was rude, belligerent and a very bad example for Officeworks - usually I have found the staff in the Dee Why branch to be exceptional, I have a huge problem with the way she spoke to me and also the lack of her really caring about any kind of customer service.

Discusting service 6 days and no movement!!!!!! Give a 0 if I can !!!

Completely absolutely lied about my delivery, Toll confirmed they are there everyday but Officeworks hasn’t released my order it is already 2 days late and with public holiday tomorrow it will be even later also they said they can’t refund my money but fair trading confirmed that was also a lie under consumer laws

I love work at Offceworks best think in my Life Yeah Print hub. Work so hard every day .

Not sure if this is Officeworks Head Office but they have terrible customer service phone help! DO NOT CALL OFFICEWORKS, I've been on hold now for 30 minutes, still haven't gotten through to anyone at officeworks!
