Clarendon Towers is the apartment building you aspire to live in if you’re living in Southbank. Built approximately 20 years ago it’s a masterpiece, all of the apartments even the single bedroom apartments are generous in size much bigger than you get these days. All apartments also have a really good sized balcony and car spots. Great views, Fabulous amenities there’s a sauna, a male and female changing room, huge pool with a little paddle pool at the end for children and generous sized set up gym, plus a powder room. They have a library, a large meeting room with kitchen and bathroom facilities for family get together or work functions and a very beautiful foyer. The building is situated On Clarendon and Haig Street and the entrance to the building is in Haig Street it’s very pretty. The Building Manager has been there for almost 20 years and is very professional and knowledgeable. The cleaning staff Are also first class. Clarendon Towers is always spik and span. So close to the city, casino the movies, lots of restaurants, the markets, Southbank Boulevard. Its a fantastic location and yet because it’s in Haig Street is quite quiet. Like I said it’s a building you aspire to live in. --
