Earthcare Dry cleaners and Laundromat

Reasonably clean, but v. hot inside. The dryers have old non- cumulative timers. I.e., each $1 coin gives you 6 minutes, but if you put in two $1 coins, you still only get 6 minutes.

Absolutely disgustingly rude staff member there today so stop removing my review!!!

Place is very clean, washing machines wk well dryers don't seem to have enough heat takes forever & take a heap of $1.00 coins as change machine wld not wk or wldnt take $20 note. Apart from that it's nice clean & safe seems to be in an alright area. Other laundromats are apparently unsafe & very dirty.

Unfortunately to bad planning on my part my mother tried to wash and clean my graduation gown for my graduation ceremony at 3 pm that day. However, after washing it was revealed that the gown needed professional help due the appearance of lint covering the gown. Luckily Jenny was able to correct the disaster that my mother had caused, by correcting the issues in a timely manner and thus enabling me relax and enjoy for graduation ceremony. Without Jenny I would never have made it to my graduation ceremony and therefore I hereby highly, strongly recommend her to anyone in need of a dry cleaner. Not having used a laundromat for many years it was an absolute pleasure to use this facility. Jenny was absolutely fantastic and watched my washing as I ran a couple of other errands. I could not speak highly enough of the service Jenny provided and the cleanliness of the facility. A well deserved 5 Stars.

Used a few laundromats around townsville unfortunately I did not have a good experience at Earthcare Douglas. Only 2 dryers working and there was a cue. Coin machine out of order and both Zarafas and servo had no coins to exchange.

Grateful, somewhere close by due to our washing machine needing repairs. Easy to access and use and friendly staff.

I have always taken my formal attire to Earthcare for dry cleaning. The new owner for the past twelve months has demonstrated a very professional attitude and care for my garments. This has made the boring process of having laundry done no longer a chore.Thanks heaps Jenny and Mel
