Wonderful training company. There were modules to complete online at a convenient time for you that was easy to use. The practical session was then able to be shorter as the theory had already been completed. Highly recommend.

Vitality First Aid Solutions
Sue came to provide training to my staff of 7 and I'd highly recommend her. We did most of our training online then 1.5h for CPR and first aid. Sue was engaging and moved the session along quickly and we all came out of the session having enjoyed it. Sue was really easy to liaise with to book and brought equipment for me to purchase for our workplace, the whole process was first class from start to finish, I would highly recommend them!

I have recently completed the First aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis courses at my workplace. The team at Vitality were extremely knowledgeable and adapted the scenarios to real life situations we would be exposed to in the workplace. Their level of organization and expertise in delivering the course made the time go quickly and you walked away feeling confident if you had to use the skills in a real life situation. Would highly recommend.

Vitality FAS was the best option for our teams first aid training. The on-line component that can be completed in your own time, at your own pace is great - and so user friendly. Communication was fantastic leading up to the face to face learning and Sue conducted the training at our site with a professional and down to earth approach. We will be booking again for our second business soon and would highly recommend Vitality First Aid Solutions. Thanks Sue & the team at Vitality FAS :)
