Creative hair co is the best salon I’ve ever been too. I had my hair done by Jinae at the start of March, and everyday since I look at my hair in awe.I’ve been to a lot of salons, including high end city salons that cost twice the price. I’d be in and out for a full head of foils within 2 hours. Jinae took the time to understand not only what I wanted, but how to achieve it with minimal damage. I entered the salon with bleached hair that had been dyed over with browns and blacks, patchy and uneven, to leaving with a gorgeous natural balayage. I could go on and on… but for anyone unsure I’d say book a consult and you won’t be disappointed.

An amazing salon! I got my hair done by the lovely Siobhan. They all took such great care of me and made sure that my hair was as healthy as it could be before bleaching. They know their stuff and I was absolutely thrilled with my balayage look in the end. My hair felt so soft and healthy after too!

Alicia, and the girls at Creative Hair Co offer more than a great haircut and colour. They are all beautiful girls who go the distance to ensure you are happy with their service. They take the time to listen to you and work out what you are after. Even more importantly, they are able to provide expert advice as to whether what you are after is even going to suit you!! Customer service is exceptional and the experience is awesome. Could not speak more highly of them ❤️

The best salon ever to get a balayage!! Having moved to the area, I was looking for a hairdresser who could do natural yet striking looking balayages at the best quality. Alicia from Creative Hair Co did my hair and was incredible from beginning to end. So informative, professional, and overall lovely.... This salon even went above and beyond to make my experience the best it could be. They even give you free warm Nutella-filled cookies with coffee as you sit and get your hair done. I mean, who else does that? Simply the best. Thank you Alicia, I will be back for every hair appointment from now on and look forward to it!

Such a beautiful salon, Alicia is amazing and listened to exactly what I wanted, and she did the best cut and blow dry I have had in ages! I am a very happy and now loyal client! I highly recommend these lovely ladies. Thank you so much!

I was so shocked to be charged almost $300 for a half head of foils by an apprentice! (I have been to qualified blonde specialists for cheaper). When questioned, I was told that the price on the website is for foils only, and it costs extra for a hair wash, extra for a blowdry, $100 extra for a trim, extra for styling and you are charged based on how much product & foils you use? I was never told any of this or asked if I wanted these extra things during my salon treatment, or I would have just walked out with the foils & wet hair.As well as this, the atmosphere is not friendly at all, staff are so standoffish, I felt uncomfortable asking to go to the toilet. I Definitely will not be recommending this salon to anyone in future!X

Ridiculous experience! Online it said $270, paid $100 deposit and had $20 credit. Couldn’t add regrowth online, but expected $80 more.Left and it cost $450 all up! Not only that but took 4.5hrs!Will never go back. Overpriced and just awful! Would love my $100 back than what it should have been for extra time!

What a lovely experience I have just had at Creative Hair Co. Had a bit of a stressful start to get to my appointment not remembering the daylight saving being a qld'er who isn't from the G'Coast .. Arrived feeling welcome even after the mix up ..the girls made me a coffee, and I had a lovely haircut, thank you
