The older lady is always rude and abrupt. The pricing is ridiculous! We wont ever go back there again… dont waste your time going!

Reviva as a concept is great. Most of the staff are super helpful. The facility is terrific. Lately however the service has been ruined. I had to walk out after being served by a brash, abrasive, overly loud and completely unreasonable women called Gaile - who is rude as well. Her pricing is inconsistent and she cites rules galore that make no sense. This is a person who cannot delineate broken items that are in bad condition, from cheap reproductions. Her product knowledge is poor. Put this together with her terrible interactions with the public and what should be a nice outing to support a great community organisation becomes an ordeal. The sooner this person is moved into a non public facing role the better.

So clean, neat and sorted. Absolutely fantastic friendly staff.

Overall great service and the workers I met were polite. They have a good amount of stuff there and lots of little trinkets. The place is not the greatest for people with any type of mobility aids due to the back lot being gravel but inside is fine.

Lovely staff, great offerings of dvds and books. Well worth visiting about once a month.

These stores are great, they do a super job, and most of the staff really work in ways consistent with the ethos of the enterprise. BUT, the staff member called Gaile (who I note that a previous reviewer had a problem with) does not deal with customers in a respectful way, she prices things randomly (and way beyond what other staff members do, and sometimes above retail!) and claims it's to some kind of system (when it clearly isn't). It's a real shame as these stores are lots of fun and have a great vibe otherwise. She's rude, concrete, loud, and really not suited to this role. I've seen many people have run-ins with her, and I've had other staff acknowledge how ludicrous her actions are. Management needs to move her to a non-customer-facing role as she's turning lots of people off.
