I have bought this baby bassinet. I am super happy with my purchase. It has got a big storage underneath. Side rail can be lowered and feel like baby is sleeping with me. Nice product. Also the delivery was so quick.

Terrible. Traveled 30mins to pick up a dog kennel and arranged the day and time Days earlier AND also called on the day ofPickup- the guy wasn’t there- his wife who barley spoke English (not her fault, but I wasn’t happy the husband wasn’t there as promised, who spoke English a lot better)- had nothing to show me, no assembled model to assess quality etc and the picture on the box was TOTALLY different to the picture they had on Gumtree and online on their website- I called the husband and Asked about the photos being different, but the husband was adement they were the same when they were clearly not (eg, one had 6 strips of plastic for the door cover, the other had four, and they were different kennels!!!)- unable to take EFTPOS even though sale was $100 (Gumtree) + what business doesn’t take EFTPOS for items over $100?. I said I’d pay via the website then which takes credit cards. The price online on their website was $119, she wouldn’t change it to $100 as per the gumtree price AND. I would have to come back in 3 days to pick it up.- I was directed to a petroleum station to pull money from an ATM. The patrol station was a converted mower repair shop with NO ATM!!!- I just left with my tail between my legs

Bought the 3 in one baby swing. A great and reasonable product. The owner Abdul is a great person and guided me step by step to assemble it.

Firstly don't deserve one star also if had option to give negative would have given the highest they are very rude,don't know what is customer service should go back to school and learn basics especially living in Australia where customer service is of high standard and important aspect when running a business.They run the business from garage,had gone to buy stroller and other stuff for my newborn parked my car on their driveway the owner Abdul came later in his car asked us to move the car while it was raining heavily just cz he wanted to park and when asked the sales guy in garage where to park said park anywhere on the street where there is hard to find parking very insensitive no courtesy expects the customer to walk all the way with newborn baby in heavy rain could have waited 10 minutes and the driveway is wide enough to fit 2 big cars.Disappointing experience.

Don’t use this person. They will just waste your time. Was asked to collect something after 10am. Drove all the way to then be messaged when nearly there that had been sold. Was not upfront and honest to let me know someone was coming to look at it.

Third class customer service. The swing was not as per there description and they don't have even demo for that. Even if we ask them for demo And they said no demo. The speed was not exactly same as per description. No demo no return policy.

Quality items and affordable price. Very easy to deal and honest in dealing. I recommend to call them and go as it is family operated and cash only. They can offer cheaper price then any one in sydney.
