Great hairdressers. I live in Queensland and have been to them a couple of times. I booked my appointment about 2 weeks before Christmas and got an appointment on Christmas Eve. Loved the curls they did. And they have lasted really well.

Emma is an absolute genius. I arrived with a very challenging color mess and she fixed it perfectly. I have NEVER had such a gorgeous clean blonde and cannot recommend her highly enough!

Polite service ✅️ in the beginning, ❌️ at the endColour ❌️ not even close to what was asked for, they did admit they have very little experience with the colour types requested, so if you're after pastels, steer very clear.Price ❌️ considering the result, the damage and the cut, one would assume a professional would do the right thing about the price. They did get me to sign some kind of document saying if the colour wasn't exactly what I was after then I'd still have to pay, fair enough if it was a little off but the result was not even close, I left the opportunity open at the end for them to do the right thing and they didn't even offer, a very cold exit was all I got. Might I add I remained calm, polite and open to discussion during the whole process and really didn't get much back to be honest.Fringe cutting ❌️ wow yep. When I got home I had to fix it, it was meant to be a v" shaped fringe and I got a straight cut with a bunch of jaggered bitsCondition of hair after visit ❌️ It was shocking that not only did I have to remind the stylist to use the olaplex but the way my hair was brushed while wet still send chills down my spine when i think about it

This service was terrible. I went in, they told me to go upstairs and wait in the styling chair. After about 10 minute a lady who I didn’t book came and did my hair. I asked for 2cm off and she cut over 6cm off.I don’t feel confident anymore and I will not be coming back.0/10 definitely don’t recommend!

Such professional service, and fitted me in last minute too. Thanks to Chloe for looking after me. Amazing work!

They manage to squeeze me in for a basic 15m cut just before Christmas. Even for a basic cut I felt very looked after and Chloe was great. Thanks again!

I was severely over charged from what they said it would. It was almost double. Even though I said don’t proceed with the colour if we go over $250.The person who booked me in, overbooked the hairdresser attending me, so the poor women was doing my hair until 8pm. As a result my hair is grossly rushed. My lovely thick hair got insanely thinned out, it’s so wispy and dry now. The white ends should not have been so thickly bleached over. My head was dripping with bleach. So much was used. So much hair was coming out of the comb after the bleach was rinsed out, I’m so upset. I have very little hair left. Because it’s so heavily thinned out and over bleached, It’s too dry, has no weight to it, so stands upwards, it looks so dreadful. Not to mention the very VERY painful experience of my scalp burn.3 stars only because I saw some quality hair done by the other hairdressers.

Hannah did a absolutely perfect job of warming up my balayage between platinum and honey blonde :) and did a full head balayage for a wonderful price :)
