Above and beyond Service!Spoke to Andrew about a van I had brought. I’ve worked in customer service and operations roles for over 35 years, but Andrew went above and beyond. Excellent. Would recommend him to anyone. Note- I called from Bendigo, and wasn’t even getting a repair. Looked at photos and called me back. If he wasn’t in the repair business he would make a great caravan broker with his 30 odd years of knowledge across all types of vans. Thanks again Andrew.

You could not expect better service or advice from Andrew, Cheryl and the team. We are travelling for the year and have needed to call about a number of running repairs. All questions answered and addressed immediately.Most impressively was the assistance provided when a power surge knocked out the electrical system while we were in outback Queensland. A new part was delivered, installation instructions given over the phone, and follow up queries were also sorted out easily.Great to have this support when you are a long way from a major town or service centre.

At 66 years of age I have dealt with a number of companies and dealings with Andrew and his staff was nothing short of brilliant. The office staff on arrival are fantastic and go out of their way to ensure your experience is an easy one. Andrew has the ability to understand a customers needs and his communication is put in terms that I was able to grasp.
