Excellent staff, and Affordable stuff especially the tagging system.. Love it

Overpriced. Clothing items not clearly displayed for gender or size. There used to be a time when you could go to an op shop and get grest bargains regardless of brand based only on the quality of the garment on the rack... $18.00 for a small yd brand men's shirt is ridiculous. It's obvious this store is all about making money and not about helping people who may be on a low income. Not worth the time it takes to pick through the offerings and try your loot on... Would never go here again...

Store was a good size and clean, neat and tidy. Lots of range for both men and women including plus size. Lots of designer brands too. Heaps of shoes. Stay were friendly and helpful.

Good variety, good prices, well organized by size. My fav op shop in the area.

I’ve heard reports of this group turning away in-need children, women and men from accessing the store due to their personal vaccination status. At Christmas time, no less.On the salvos website they preach values of ‘Commitment to inclusion,’ ‘compassion,’ ‘justice,’ ‘other issues that support the welfare of others and see them as a whole person’ and their mission ‘is to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ and to meet human needs in his name with love and without discrimination.....’ let me tell you something guys, actions speak louder than words. To think that poor kids and families won’t have access to essentials at Christmas time just because of their vaccination status is heartbreaking. I will no longer be volunteering at or donating to this company ever again.

Considerate and respectful, helpful staff. Large store with ample opportunity to be socially distant. Good variety of new household products, (for cleaning, some snacks etc) aswell as the usual opshop goods. Some very good quality, and reasonably priced items, aswell as some higher value things, which is probably to be expected, considering the area.

Its a funny place. Some items are reasonably priced and others are more expensive than new items in retail stores. Given the place has no overheads e.g. volunteers and donations don't understand the at times unrealistic pricing. Customer Service was really friendly and welcoming

extremely rude and unprofessional management staff, usually love shopping at the salvos but wont be again after this. The guy who said he was a manager completely lied about information and was dismissive and rude.
