Stephanies Spa Retreat, Sofitel Brisbane

I had the most amazing experience at Stephanies Sofitel Brisbane. Absolute bliss. I felt like I was their only client and was treated with respect and care. The therapist was fabulous and the treatment received was like being in heaven. Will definitely be back and I can highly recommend the sacred diamond package for pure indulgence. Five out of five from me.

Such a tranquil and relaxing experience. I highly recommend going to the opal rasul temple prior to having a massage. It's really a wonderful experience and prepared my mind and body for the one hour full body massage. I left feeling refreshed and full of zest again.

What an amazing spa experience! The staff are all super friendly, professional and talented! The spa facilities are very luxurious and make you feel like you’re being pampered from start to finish! The best part of the experience was the Opal Rasul Steam Temple! It’s beautifully designed and the various mud masques were exquisite! The only complaint would be the location of the steam vent as even though it looks like it will fit quite a few people, it’s quite crowded when you have to shimmy away from the steam vent. If it was off to the side, you could get more friends in without the worry of the steam vent proximity. But overall, such a magical experience and will definitely return!

I recently had my first post-Covid appointment in about 4 years, and as always Stephanie’s and its fabulous therapists did not disappoint. My treatments were the relaxing and invigorating the treat I needed for some me time. As I remembered staff were extremely helpful and professional. I can not recommend Stephanie’s Day Spa at the Sofitel highly enough.

Spoilt to the max. The spa itself has a calming environment, the therapist certainly catered to my needs and made me feel very pampered. Took the 3 hour package, rose petal foot soak, hot stone massage, facial, pedicure and scalp massage with oil. Heck we deserve it! My therapist was outstanding and an asset to the salon. Will be back next time in Brisbane. Oh and follow with a high tea, just perfect.

Had a great time here celebrating my mothers bday and treating Her like a Queen. Our selection was a 1.30hr facial and massive plus high tea for 2. The Staff was amazing and so accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure we were well looked after. Thanks for singing happy bday with us, we are grateful for you!

Had the most wonderful experience at Stephanie's spa retreat at the Brisbane Sofitel. Gloria my therapist was amazing and took great care of me during every stage of my treatment. Highly recommended to anyone and everyone visiting the Brisbane CBD.

Ivan and Stacey from Stephanie’s at Brisbane Sofitel are wonderful! I booked my friend in for an hour massage to celebrate her saying yes to being my daughters godmother. The booking was very last minute and because I couldn’t get in also, they put me up in the very relaxing tranquility lounge with some herbal tea. Great service from the team and lovely experience. Will be coming back for some mummy relaxation time for sure!
