Inquired about a portable hand piece for a mobile business. Informed the salesperson that we desired a mobile hand piece. When the item was delivered it did not work.Inquired again and the salesperson said we needed a charger. Once this was delivered the hand piece still did not work.Inquired again and was informed we needed to purchase a foot pedal too. Re-explained how we needed just a portable hand piece and that the foot pedal would not work for the business and asked for a refund.After over a month of waiting for a response this business denied the refund and offered 15% off the foot pedal. We were blamed for their salesperson assuming we were after a replacement hand piece not a standalone item. Over $2000 spent for an unusable product that won’t be refunded. Overall, fairly poor (costly for us) customer service and communication.
