The reason for giving 1 star is because the person is so rude. If you go to repair a bat he gives his own suggestion telling the bat is not good. I have been to many places including Kingsgrove, JPGavan to repair bat, they never say anything. They just repair bat and provide feedback whatever you ask. But the person in this place is so rude. This has been multiple times not only once.

I went to this shop after two years of my initial bad review. The guy remembered me, it shows how serious he is about his business. Truly amazing couple running this business and received a complete different experience this time. Bought a bat from them and really happy to see how they have turned the business good. Good luck.

Dont waste your money very rude customer service. They refused to exchange brand new thigh pads for my son. Better to pay at bigger store for peace of mind that you can get exchange incase of wrong size.We did not ask for refund and just asked to exchange for a brand new item. You guys are selling thigh pads in bags and brought it back in same bag. Its not about big or small retailer its about honouring the sale you have made.

This store is run by a wonderfully friendly and helpful couple with great product knowledge. They talked with us about what we needed and made sure we walked away with a product that was perfect for us and at a great price. Highly recommend this store for cricket needs.

Worst service experience I ever had I bought a cricket bat for my son including knocking when we get there to pick up the bat, found a big crack on top trying to cover up with glue. Couple was trying best to convince us. Guy was sitting on desk quite rude not even says hello to us. End up with getting another one hopefully it will be fine.
