Dr Lisa Sims is one of the best GP’s I’ve ever seen. She is so caring, understanding and goes above and beyond for her patients. I broke my foot and was unable to get an appointment with Lisa on the day so I rang the clinic and asked the receptionist what could be done. Lisa rang me within the hour and put together an action plan. I couldn’t be more grateful for the ongoing help I’ve received from Lisa. Reception staff were incredibly helpful as well.

I have been going here since I was a baby. Everyone is always so lovely and amazing. They are always there to help you with whatever you need. All the Drs are great especially Dr Tan who I have been seeing for many years now. She is fantastic.

My personal experience warrants 5 stars, as I've always received exceptional health care from my GP. However the recent decision to cease bulk billing causes me great concern for those in the community impacted by this so I reduce my star rating accordingly.

Excellent GP surgery. Have not had one bad doctor here. They are busy but the doctors have always taken the time needed with my family to be thorough on every visit. Very happy this is my local doctors!

I have always found all the staff to be pleasant, friendly and professional from the receptionists through to the doctors and nurses. North Eltham Medical was my LMO as I lived there, but since moving to the city, I continue to drive some distance to return as I am more than happy with my treatment over the past 20 years.

I have attended North Eltham medical centre since 1989. Tony Michaelson was recommended to me by a local. .. he has been my FO since then. His service is excellent...he often runs late BECAUSE he puts each person first rather than the time factor. Today l saw another doctor called Harry simply because it was for my five yearly oap test. He is a registrar yet he too was excellent. The receptionists have always been first rate..l cannot fault the Practice. Thanks for over thirty years of excellent service ...Doris

As always the clinic staff were pleasant, helpful and attentive. Dr Michaelson is fabulous and genuinely cares about his patients. We have been using the clinic for over 15 years and don't intend to change.

This clinic was my choice when I had to make my own decision about which doctor I wanted to attend as an adult. That was 40 years ago. The girls are always lovely and do their utmost to get me in if possible. My doctor is super popular and busy. But always has time to listen and laugh. Most of all he is on the ball about my health.

I've had no problems with doctors and staff. They're always late but if you expect it then it's no big deal. Dr Michaelson is great. He really helped me in my younger days and supports me today without bias. He is straight up and honest which I respect.
