I was chasing some shirts and spoke with Jamie, Manager Innaloo store. She was exceptionally friendly and helpful. She did not have the shirts at her store but spent the time to find out which store had them in stock. Really excellent customer service. Thanks very much.

Rivers is the worst. Ordered something almost a month ago, still not delivered and after contacting the courier multiple times they have asked me to call rivers as they can’t locate the parcel. When you call your call centres you are greater by the most useless reps I’ve ever come across, unable/unwilling to assist in any way, their entire purpose is to try and get you off the phone to “just wait”. Not good enough. Have had to launch a claim with consumer protection to try and get my refund.

The manager at this Rivers store is one of the most lovely, friendly and warm person I've ever had the experience of being served by, such a happy and warm hearted person, she goes out of her way to help and make your day a better one, if I had half a chance I would employ her immediately to my business, she is an example of the most dedicated staff you would ever wish to have. She deserves a huge pay rise and special treatment from Rivers.Thanks so much for your awesome service to me at your shop.

Look Rivers is the Kmart/Target of clothing stores, great for buying cheap nasty clothes for around the house and they have some decent specials at timesBut as others have mentioned, customer service is optional at this store, i think they run it on the smell of an oily rag so have minimal staff on the floor..So its more of do it yourself style store, lol.Cant comment on the returns policy mentioned below but ya should always try to build a customer base not reduce it folks..
