Absolutely stoked with our new Rug from Rugs of Elegance. A big thank you to Saleem for the wonderful service; taking the time to understand what we wanted and needed to suit our home and lifestyle. Saleem really went the extra mile going through a range of options with us, matching the rugs we liked with a similar floor colour to give us a nice visual in store all without pressure, allowing us to decide at our own pace. I purchased a large rug for our lounge room from Saleem. As soon as I walked into the store it was obvious the quality of their rugs is far superior to other stores I had visited. Fabulous rug shop, both for range of stock and customer service. The attendant was super helpful, listened to what I wanted, and made really good recommendations. Nothing was too much trouble. He took several rugs off the racks so I could see them on the floor. He took the trouble to find out the type of flooring I had at home, so he could best place the rugs to get the best effect. If you are looking for beautiful rugs in a range of sizes and styles, then you must visit Rugs of Elegance. They are high quality rugs, priced competitively. They were very respectful of my budget.

I cannot speak highly enough of the service that we received from Saleem and Shahid. Our company contracted them to install floor boards in our office. Saleem came to our office straight away to provide a quote, and from the start to the end product we received, he was very kind & patient. He answered all our questions and he was also very happy to offer an assistance when the contracted builder left in the most unprofessional manner, which put our renovation schedule behind by 3 months. We were so impressed with Saleem’s attitude as he had to change our installation time on a very short notice (each time) several times (due to the shonky builder). Saleem comforted us and also offered his list of contacts in the trading fields that we needed assistance with. Lastly, his product was by far the best for our office. We were able to pick the best colour as he brought samples to our office and we could see them in a natural light and environment. This is the kind of service that all business should provide. Very reasonable prices and fantastic range and choice of rugs. Best of all was the excellent service. Good advice and awareness of how to choose the right rug for a space. Saleem took great trouble and helped us choose & place the rug, moving it around until it was just right. We opted for 2 different rugs from the same collection to sit next to each other in an open room. Thank you both for making it easy snd enjoyable to buy the 2 rugs. H&N.

From the moment I walked into Rugs of Elegance, I was met with warmth and friendly service from Saleem. He explained the different grades of rugs and I felt no rush or pressure from him to purchase. He delivered my beautiful rug which was packaged superbly, even had special covers on the ends of the rugs so it was completely covered. Couldn't recommend Saleem or Rugs of Elegance highly enough.
