Leticia Jae

I have been to Leticia for reiki and I must say it's the best Reiki I have ever had and I have had Reiki done by Masters the session I had with Lecticia, really help ground me after dealing with some of my childhood trauma I would recommend her to anyone. I continue to see her. I found her place to be very comfortable and fitting a most enjoyable experience.

I have been attending Leticia's classes for several months now, and have to say that I just love these. She combines Reiki and meditation for the first half hour, then a beautiful yoga class for a further hour.Leticia makes everyone feel special, she has a beautiful way about her, and we all feel amazing after each class.She has recently moved most of her classes to a lovely studio in Palm Beach which is easy to get to and parking is a dream.I would highly recommend anyone looking for a great class, that suits all abilities to join in one of her many classes offered throughout the week - you won't be disappointed!

Would not recommend this class, not flexible in style, just repetitive meditation, same words, doesn't offer anything new.

After recent changes to my health I set about attracting a restorative type class in my area as part of my recovery.Believing that relaxation and a little gentle stretching was all I needed, soon after joining Leticia’s class I knew holistically, I was in the right place.From my first emotional encounter I’ve felt welcomed, included, respected and accepted.There’s a warmth and sense of connection within her Yoga circle.With her wisdom, strength and open, caring heart, Leticia is an intuitive guide ever mindful of her student’s limits, experience and different capabilities.I’ve learned to laugh at my missing balance and confused coordination while intensely focusing on letting go.Leticia’s much-needed nudges here and there always encourage me and my inflexible mindset to surrender, practice within my limits or step outside the resistance - reaching out that much further, dropping down inside to travel a little deeper. From my first contact with Leticia l knew she was going to be an amazing yoga teacher.The class consists of reiki and yoga and l have never been to a class like it before.Classes are tailored to suit the level accordingly to each and every person.So there's plenty of opportunity to extend your practice.Props are supplied and the yoga space is roomy and set out well.Thursday nights practice is yin by candlelight and is amazing.All classes are 1 1/2hrsI would highly recommend her to anyone looking to find someone special.

I have been attending Leticia Jae's yoga classes for over 5 months and have nothing but praise for her style of teaching. Her current location at Palm Beach is a nice and convenient venue with plenty of parking. Leticia is professional and welcoming and if I could give her 10 stars, I would. Any reviews above less than 5 stars are probably competitors.
