MotorOne Autobody - Eastern Creek

Adam and the team at Eastern Creek went out of their way to repair my BMW convertible. They were professional and their customer service was friendly and personable at all times. I highly recommend them as your qualified repairer!

Car was returned filthy both inside and out. After washing the car I realised there was paint damage on the panel that was repaired and there was paint specks all over the car. This was all after the repair time blew out to 2 months after initial estimate of 3 weeks.

My car was sent to their Bankstown location and I was given the number to call them up. It was originallg supposed to be done in Eastern Creek. As I called, a male staff who answered was so rude. I was just asking for an update on what happened to my car, what seemed to be the problem and what was damaged in my car. They never gave me an answer and my car was with them for almost a month now. They keep on saying that they will call me when the repair is done. They gave me a date (February 2) but next thing I knew it will be for another 2 months which is annoying. If I were given an update, a status of what is happening and also what was damaged in the care I would actually understand. But to be kept in the dark it is not acceptable. Very unorganised and very unprofessional (in Bankstown). Not even an update! The person who answered from Eastern Creek said they have no idea on what is happening to the repairs.

I went today to pick up my car, this is place very unorganised and unsafe, when I parked my car to pick up my another car, no sign for the reception, no safety sign and water spill on the walking area where is the office, no safety sign, when I ask one of the staff for reception, he have no answer for no safety sign. I believe Company should look into this and give concern to safety. I also notice in the night one of the headlight not working where the collision happen. I have no idea did not they check the headlight is working or not, this area is the collision side. I am with NRMA not a good experience.
