Submitted details on website for a quote, sent emails and even called.Why be in business if you don’t do business? The lack of willingness to engage is quite interesting - have never experienced this at all when engaging with a business.I even had a friend do the same thing with similar lack of response.

Robert at ClimateMaster is a pleasure to deal with. When we had trouble with our heater, he was sympathetic, acted quickly and was always responsive. Unlike the service we received from Rinnai. Thanks Robert, we really appreciated all your help.

Ian did an excellent job with our aircon service. Not only was he bang on time and very friendly, he turned my vague description of what we wanted him to look at into a clear trouble shoot and helpful advice. We've always had good service from Climate Master and we're happy to recommend them.

We paid a $9000 deposit for a zoned air conditioning system. We were happy with the customer service. Unfortunately Climate Master insisted on settling the account before their work had even begun let alone finished (this is in the terms of their quote). Clearly this is inappropriate for a $15000 contract. They kindly provided a full refund and we took our business elsewhere. I strongly encourage people not to tolerate this. Completion of payment on completion of job.

We had an evaporative air conditioning unit installed, and subsequently, water from our roof has been leaking through one of the bedroom ceilings. Our insurance builder assessed the damage and concluded that the issue was due to insufficient padding and poor installation of the evaporative cooling system by Climate Master. A second opinion from a specialist roof contractor confirmed this.Despite making three attempts to engage Climate Master in a private conversation to address our concerns and resolve the issue, we have received no response. This lack of response has caused frustration and anger, and we had hoped to maintain a productive relationship during these discussions.We are now making this matter public by writing a review in the hope that Climate Master will take action to fix the problem. If there is no response, we will be left with no choice but to involve our solicitor to handle the matter.

Climate Master has been very busy. I booked in early December and only found 5 January available. Then we postponed to 13th January due to our own reasons.Ian rang me when I was still on bed. How diligent the good man! He protected gutter and respected our house footwear regular practice.Ian dismantled all filters and washed the rooftop units. Ian tested all vent lets after work. He also taught me how to discharge water in Winter.Payment in cash or via a care are both available. I received invoice at 7:59am then.It costed me less than 30 minutes and $200 to refresh a AC after bushfire. Good to be cool now.

Climatemasters was very professional right from the booking to the service. Have hired them the second time. First for the gas heater that had suddenly stopped working. Chris was prompt and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what was wrong.We had Ian for servicing our evaporative cooler. He was on time and quickly got the servicing done. Very happy with the servicing. Will definitely hire them again next time.
