Ferguson Plarre Bakehouses - Woodgrove

We ordered the second birthday cake from the bakery. The service was very pleasing and really made us feel special. Appreciate the owners for taking the time and providing the memorable experience. We ordered a fairy cake with a rainbow flavour. The cake looked beautiful and was very tasty. A Happy 3 year old means smiles all over. We have also tried other cakes and pastries and are equally good. It turned out to be a go to shop in woodgrove. Appreciate the team and Thank you!

Woodgrove Ferguson Plarre, have great customer service and very helpful when choosing a birthday cake. The cake I ordered turned out exactly like I expected and tasted amazing.

We brought a cake for my brothers 21st birthday for pick up on 11/03/2023Attach is a video of what we received on pick up, half the cake falling off a $2 cake topper from the cheap shop and an absolute disaster! We did not eat any of the cake nor use it for its purpose. When we first went to pick it up we were advised that they had no cake topper and no maccorons like promised when ordering the cake, the writing around the cake was hand written and wiped off the board when touched. They attempted to fix this but made it look worse!She paid $175 for this and it was falling apart!

Great place to get coffee and cakes, as well as a good variety of hot foods like pies, pasties etc The service from the staff is exceptional, it's good old fashioned customer service, and they go out of their way to make sure you are looked after and happy. Do yourself a favour and try them out for yourself, and I am sure you won't be dissapointed!!

Update14/3/23The staff at Ferguson plarre melton are always welcoming and are very polite and make the best coffee in melton ..I still highly recommend them for cakes and coffee you will not get better quality service anywhere in melton.Thanks Ferguson staff regards DavidDecided to try get a birthday cake again from ferguson plarre bakehouses and lucky i did ,It was one of the best mudcakes ive eaten and the cake was great looked amazing my daughter was very happy with how it looked.Their cakes will not dissapoint and the melton store was great thanks for the help in the short notice i wanted a cake.Great job on the cake i will recommend you highly to everyone.Thanks again.

New owners what a difference greated with a smile everything so fresh now nice sandwiches l had roast beef and salad it was great the cakes are really nice a pleasure to go 5 stars
