My wife was forced to wait outside in the wind and rain for her appointment. The collector had not checked her appointment book and left my wife in the very unfavourable weather conditions for 25 minutes. No apology was offered,

Rang to make an appointment for covid test and was advised you now need a referral from a doctor. This should be changed on the website.
