I highly recommend BMC Auto Electrical! Lovely people and excellent service. I took my daughters car here to fix her air-conditioning after taking it elsewhere to try and get it fixed twice to no avail at great expense. BMC identified the problem first go by going above and beyond to find the leak. My only regret is not taking the car to them sooner, they are excellent! Thank you for doing such a great job.

My Husband booked my 2022 Kia Sportage to have a dashcam hard wired in. Upon arriving to pick up after works completed, the car was sitting in the carpark with the boot wide open. We were told that they couldn’t get the electric boot closed. They had pushed all the buttons, and nothing happened. We were told they didn’t touch anything to do with the boot wiring; only the boot lid cover was taken off, the camera wiring put in and the camera placed on the back windscreen. They suggest to call KIA and let them know it’s not working, as it would still be under warranty. They had tried Google to try fix it and had been playing with all the settings in the car. No phone call prior to collecting to let us know. Then there was the remark of “oh well, your Husband will have to do the shopping now!” I literally had no way of opening my boot as I had to force it closed, so I didn’t find it overly funny.We paid and left. I then went to the shops and went to reverse out of the carpark and the reverse camera was not working. My Husband then called again first thing the next morning and said we need to bring the car back for Brett to look at to figure out what’s happened from the install.We received a phone call to say they found the problem; a wire for the reverse camera and boot was not clipped in properly from factory and everything was now working properly. Simple fix, which we thought would have been one of the first things checked. When I went out to the car, the rear camera was hanging from the windscreen, not stuck on. Upon opening the boot, I discovered that the camera had what looked like been pried off the sticky pad with a flathead screwdriver. There were greasy handprints all over the back dash and windscreen. I stuck the camera back on and left. Got home and the camera had fallen again. It no longer sticks to the sticky pad from being pried off and there are dirty handprints all over the back door and windscreen of the car. Pictures attached of the “finished product”.We received a half-hearted apology and were made to feel like the job was just a hassle. Disappointed in the lack of customer service and the whole experience.

Brett provides a good quality service and is one of the most trustworthy Auto Electricians on the Sunshine Coast he won’t rip you off and knows his trade well.You definitely won’t be disappointed and it’s important to support small local businesses.

Just called these guys and they slot us in no mucking around. Gave a clear outline of what the problems were and systemically worked through them all. Really great service done professionally and personal. Highly recommend
