Very disappointing service. The claw machine was found to be faulty at Box hill station. I was charged with no credit given. I called the customer service straight away but they couldn’t resolve it over the phone. Then they promised to give me a call next week. It has been three weeks. I still have not heard anything from them. Very deceptive and irresponsible company.

If you see any of these machines stay WELL AWAY from them. They're scams. We just picked up a small soccer ball three times in a row but as the claw heads back up the ball drops once the claw stops. We're going to be doing a youtube video on the machines, especially the one in Hillarys.

One of their machines where faulty and took my money and not do what it ment to do.For the last month been calling them for a refund witch they have agreed to do but still have not refund myself this company is very unreliable and unprofessional to deal with.

Applicants beware!!! Theyll have you come for a trial for whats supposed to be vending machine technician trial, but then theyll use you to unload containers instead, then send you home straight afterwards with NO PAY, stay the hell away from these crooks

Not even worth 1 star. Took my money and the machine didn't even worked (Sunnybank Plaza). Tried to contact them and sent an email to them and I also emailed the plaza to let them know about the faulty machines, and it's been 2 weeks now and no response from any of them.
