They are friendly, they are helpful. The gentleman who tended to us was more interested in up-selling than listening to what we actually needed, which was hugely disappointing.I do love Freedom, I love that the furniture is made in Australia and will continue to buy - I understand why they try and push for more though they need to make an effort that the suggestions they're making are fitting in with our budget and requirements and not pointing out the overly expensive items with inclusions that aren't needed.

Love our new couch! The Noosa in Carrrick Snow. Comfy, but doesn’t look sloppy. Dean was our salesman - hunt him down if you need help, he will make the process so much easier… he listened to our Wishlist & gave us a thorough overview of the option without cornering us. We walked away feeling good about our decision.

Purchased kitchen dining table & chairs.The upholstery on the chairs has deteriorated & Freedom suggested a 2 year warranty.Not interested in any sort of assistance.A retailer purchasing inferior product out of China & when product fails or compromised they have a no care attitude.Stay away from this retailer!

Top furniture store. Dean was well acquainted with his products offering. Operating in his gift as an accomplished sales assistant. Products were as always high quality. We shared our previous experience with Freedom products nearly 40 years ago. Well worth a visit if you require updating your furniture or as simple as just cushions. Enjoy

As much as I adore the freedom aesthetic the fact that the majority of stuff I order goes to a warehouse on the outskirts of the city with uncompetitive delivery pricing means as a busy mum shopping becomes hard work. I bought a bed for 1200 learned after purchase that I needed to wait weeks which ended up being 8 weeks but my main problem is despite being asked to input my store when product searching and being led to believe it was available at my store I'm asked to collect it 45minutes drive away or pay $129 for delivery which is over 10% of the purchase price. So disappointed in freedoms customer service

Stay away! We ordered a bed frame which has been delivered and faulty, we are now getting the run around and no one wants to accept a faulty product was delivered. The warranty team offered to send some materials out for us to retrofit? Great service! To add we ordered two rugs which are in stock, well no they are not both in stock only one which we found out about after we paid for them. Someone will ring today to get the one in stocked organised for delivery, still waiting a week later, and this is three weeks after it should have come. Please reconsider, it might look good on the floor but it’s all show. We are extremely disappointed!

Do not waste your time! The sales people are very nice, but the company is very disorganised, unable to delivery the furniture. I purchased a couch that supposed to be delivered before Easter and today I received a message that it might be delivered middle of June. They keep changing the delivery dates every time you contact them. Also purchased 2 beds that was going to be delivered in April, and I had to cancel after receiving an estimated time to delivery on 5 August! Very frustrating.

Very disappointed when picking up my lounge not in the condition I bought it in. Grease stained and marked from being left in warehouse unwrapped. 2 emails sent to the team to ask for help, both ignored.

Worst customer service I’ve experienced. I approached the counter to purchase a couch and the two women behind the counter continued on with their non work related conversation as if I wasn’t there. I had to say excuse me I would like to buy a couch. After this they reluctantly paused their conversation and one of them assisted me. The customer service was horrible, especially considering I was spending over $2000. Just because customers are young does not mean you cannot treat them with the respect they deserve while shopping in your establishment.
