Don't easily trust them. Make sure everything is written not just oral agreement.After getting my car info, they made an oral offer and confirm by saying just come over any day this week with the discussed price. DONT FIND EXCUSE HERE AND THIS IS WHAT BEING COMMITED DEFINATELY ! ! ! I SWEAR ! ! ! However reject to admit just after two days and they don't want to explain to you over the phone, just ask you to come which is totally not acceptable and wasting my time, I already rejected another offer as I trust them but now it lead me to be very awkward to go back to this offer and beg a deal.Be aware.-----------Cant believe owner are still quibbling, just found their reply.Good player of art language, I can confirm that what they said was accurately come over with the price“ rather than ”we can only offer guide price".I dont mind not selling higher price here but what i care about is being loyalty to what you committed and be honest if you change you mind and call me earlier rather than still asking me to go. Initial experience was great. Appeared trustworthy. I inspected the car and noted the dents and scratches. After I paid the deposit it went down hill. They initially said $1000 deposit was refundable. Then when signing the contract they said the $1000 deposit was ONLY refundable if finance didn’t go through. I didn’t mind so I still went ahead. Offered me 3 years warranty.Picked up car a few weeks later. Noticed a noticeable scratch on the top of the passenger side roof. He said it was there when I inspected it. I showed him photos of the vehicle THAT HE TOOK AND USED FOR ADVERTISEMENT and he still tried denying it before i told him I’ll take it to fair trading as it wasn't there because I LOOKED FOR ANY DAMAGE AND NOTED IT. He finally agreed to to buff it out BUT I have to sign the contract and leave the car with him for a few days. As I needed the car I said can I take it and bring it back. He refused and said I have to leave the car and he doesn't know when it will be done. I didn’t feel comfortable leaving the car with him.Became rude. I just wanted to leave and not return due to the disappointing service which made me uncomfortable after they knew they got the money and I’m stuck with the purchase. As he became rude, he rushed me to try and sign the contract and warranty. I read the contract but I wasn’t comfortable to stay and read the warranty documents.The warranty they offer you isn’t worth the paper it’s printed on. It’s obviously a cheap warranty company because as it only offer $1000 of cover for each category of repairs (engine, transmission, turbo, etc). I’ve previously bought from dealers and they ALL offer a better level of warranty ($3,000 and $5,000 cover for each category on previous cars i purchased). A family member bought a similar car and price and the warranty cover is way more. These days a full service can cost you upwards of $1,500 let alone a repair. It’s not a cheap car that I purchased. The car appears to drive well and I hope I never have to use the warranty.The reason why I gave two stars instead of one is they were patient when it came to finance sorting out and before the dilemma about the scratch they were genuinely great to deal with. It’s upsetting about the scratch and the lousy warranty that made this sale feel like a disappointment.I hope they take this feedback from this review and improve on their level of service and change their warranty provider to one that offers better cover

Henry and his brother from GH Auto Group are very accomodating and professional. Had a pleasant transaction, from my initial visit and inspection through to purchase – they are not the 'pushy' type of car dealers like others. Very pleased with my recent purchase with them and will definitely recommend. I wish Henry and his team all the best and more nice cars to sell.

Easy to deal with and superb customer service!Henry assisted me in getting my car. He is responsive and courteous. Professional and straightforward. I was able to have the car inspected by a private mechanic and Henry assisted them as well. Deal went smoothly and we were able to negotiate the terms without dramas. It took us 9 days from initial inspection up to delivery of the car. This would have been quicker but we had to wait for the mechanic inspection and bank transfers.What really sets them apart is their willingness to do the extra mile. I inspected the car on a weekend and the delivery is also on a weekend, after hours as well. This is commitment to customer service.I won't hesitate to refer GH Auto Group to my friends because I know Henry will take care of them. In the future, I will check my next car purchase with GH Auto Group first before I look elsewhere.Highly recommended!
