Been to bodyassist a few times now and can't reccomend them enough. Their staff are knowledgeable and they have solutions for all my ailments. 5 stars.

I bought a ‘Thigh Wrap’ fine if you sit with it on. But as you walk it just works it’s way down the leg !Buyer beware - the product doesn’t work as advertised.Company will not refund.

Products are substandard, definitely not medical grade as advertised.Service is also substandard.I bought a lumber support for my back, to put in my car. The support strap immediately broke as I positioned it on my seat. I took it back, and they 'went out the back' to stitch it back together again with a bit of extra strap. The result looked shoddy and unprofessional.I then repositioned the support in my car, and it was extremely uncomfortable. I was unsure about the purchase, but the salesman assured me I just needed time to get used to it. It was not designed to fit the curve of the car seat, hence it stuck out a long way. I tried driving with it for a few hours, but was so uncomfortable that it put my back out. I took it straight off my seat.I tried to return the product but they wouldn't accept it. They said it looked 'used'. I had not used it at all. It only looked like it did because of their handiwork trying repair their faulty product.I also bought some shoulder straps to assist with my posture. I wanted small size, but there was none in the shop. The salesman talked me into taking a medium. I tried it on and was unsure, but the salesman told me to try it out at home. He assured me I could swap it over if i decided it was too big.I tried it again at home, and decided it was too big. I wanted to return that as well, but they said they would not accept it either, for 'hygiene reasons'. I had not used the product AT ALL, except to try it on, over clothing, at home. The straps were in perfect condition. They were not worried about hygiene when they opened up the package in the store and let me try it on there.The service I received was appalling, as bad as the products themselves.Their products are falsely advertised, not based on any discernable scientific research and the products are made 'out the back' in a sweatshop type setting.Avoid this place at all costs if you want products that actually work, and service from healthcare professionals. These guys are salesmen, not healthcare qualified. They would not be able to assist- even if they wanted to- which they don't!
