If it wasn't for Angela I dont know where me and my daughter be .My daughter has ADHD and Autism spectrum disorder.I t can be stressful .We both been seeing Angela for the last 5months,since getting counselling things are so much better. Would highly recommend Angela Lovett Counselling Services, Angela has helped my Autistic Son realise his self worth and combat the many choices that are big in his life as an 11 year old child. Angela has helped with goal setting, mood stabilising techniques and behavioural control, even helping myself as a parent with informative ways to deal with situations at home or at school while keeping my son's confidentiality and giving him choices to share information when he feels right to do so. Angela even made it possible to work together with my son school to provide counselling at school when needed. Angela is an amazing individual who helped me succeed on my anxiety journey. With the skills I have learnt she has set me up for success and I now experience very little anxiety as opposed to when I first started attending sessions.
