i went to this subway as a school excursian thing, payed full price for my sub, but wasnt able to have it toasted. i askef for it toasted and they said school kids cant have them toasted". i was at the end of the line

Went for a quick breakfast and the lady who was working was showing very rude attitude she was speaking rude like she wanted to get rid of me. Place was totally empty still not showing any gratitude.ive known subway for good food. but in here Bun was soggy and old tasting.she didn’t even gave me a tray or a plate to dine in. Was so disappointed and felt like paid for nothing.worst service in Australia.

Had to teach the guy how to properly wrap up, a wrap :/ are these kids not properly trained?? Customer service and price isn't bad...but the guy who served me also asked if I wanted one or two lots of meat....FOR A WRAP!? That's double meat. If I wanted that I would have asked for it. One other time ive been here the bread was burnt! Why still use it?? Poor effort subway. Do better.

I regularly visit this store as its local to my house. Most of the staff are good. I was really disappointed with the store managers customer service today. Her customer service was rude. It doesn't set a good example for her staff.

What a shockingly poor customer experience this was. Specifically, due to one staff member, a shorter older lady who I presume from her authoritative behaviour was the manager or owner of the store.Angrily muttering, rude treatment of both her own staff and customers, slapping down food items carelessly. When her staff enquired about scanning my club card, she said something under her breath like all you do is scan it and that's all there is to it". Do us all a favour and please do not be in a customer facing industry if this is the attitude you wish to have.I also felt sorry for the underling staff

I was told what l can and l can not have on a sandwich. Yet im paying money, but apparently classic chicken l can't have, because it's not meant for that bread. I was actually in shock, being told l can't pick my own meat. This older short lady rude as, and rude to staff, she needs to go.

I am disgusted by how this Subway is run. Things are only cleaned properly when they know there's an inspection coming. If something is out of date, they just change the date and put a new sticker on. This happens with chicken and meat. I don’t know if they realise that once you’ve defrosted something, it only has a small window to be safe to eat. The bread is often used from the day before and is stale. The vegetables aren’t washed before they’re chopped up and are covered in dirt. Sometimes staff just rinse the dishes rather than use detergent and hot water.Staff have been told by the Manager not to clean with sanitiser as it leaves white, streaky marks, just to clean with glass cleaner. The sanitiser is often not changed, just gets a new sticker put on it with a new date.The toilet is filthy. It only gets cleaned when there’s an inspection coming.I’m honestly not sure how this place hasn’t been closed down. It’s disgusting.I’m just worried someone will end up with food poisoning.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the shop clean and bright. Food was fantastic, though my wrap wasn't folded very well and all the filling fell out as I ate it. The cookies were beautifully gooey too. There are lots of seats and an upstairs area also.
