Have been taking the whole families bikes here for years. Modern road bike, dual suspension 29 inch mountain bike, hard tail 26 inch mountain bike, vintage fixed wheel track bike, kids BMX style racing bike.They are always very helpful and do a great service regardless of the bike type. Great attention to detail and after sale service.Highly recommend

They have impeccable customer service, I have always had the best treatment and I have seen how they treat others and we always leave with a smile on our faces !!! Cyclist, here is the best cycle store ever. Owner Sam is a realy enthusiastic mechanic, very knowledge, he can fix all. Sam is so helpful!! On my travell around the world, so many Problems with my Bike and he fixed it all. Thank's for all, a realy great man. Cyclist that is your store!

A1 service. Friendly, helpful and straight up advice about parts, servicing and accessories. The guys that work here are not patronising at all, unlike some other shops I had been into for advice prior to coming to Captain Walkers. I bought a 'friendly' new bell here and they even fitted it on my bike before I left. Bing bing!

Sam runs a great little bike shop. He changed my rubber and lubed me up while I waited.Plus he’s a great conversationalist.Goggle should change their rating system so I could give Captain Walkers more stars.

Heading from Perth City to Freo on the cycleway and my right pedal started feeling a bit wobbly. I unscrewed it and stuffed some bark in it, tightened it up and headed off. A minute later it fell off. There was a railway station ahead so I climbed on with the bike and got off in Freo. Then I remembered Captain Walker bike shop. I went in and within an hour or so the master craftsman had removed the faulty pedal, reamed the hole out and cut a new thread into it and put a spiral on the pedal. As good as new in no time. I expected a decent bill but the price was around half what it was at the other bike shop in town. The lads and lady in the shop are just really nice and we had a few laughs. A year later the pedal is still as good as new. Today I'm riding down to get some more stuff. Thanks you guys. Regards 67 year old Cliff.

Great little shop tucked into an arcade. Brilliant staff who work hard and do a fantastic job. Definitely recommending (and have recommended!) them to everyone. They've got a passion for bikes, and it shows.
