Apartments here are very high end. There's a 20 metre swimming pool, sauna and steam room. Really ideal location for my needs. Very close to albert park, city, public transport, beach etc but at the same time the neighbourhood feels more peaceful and safe compared to the most other central areas

Whoever you having running the show should be fired. Was here for an inspection, didn't think anything of it to ring the bell turns out how dare you make the lady at the front desk stop stuffing her face with noodles to answer the bell. Only to be told it's not her job to help me and we should leave immediately. Listen I understand privacy, but the way you spoke to me just cost an owner alot of money because I will no longer be purchasing one of these apartments based solely on the disgraceful attitude of your staff

My partner and I were interested in the apartments but the concierge was horrible and unprofessional.We buzzed up for an inspection and were let in. When we stepped inside, we were told by concierge that we weren’t allowed through the front door and to go use the back entrance. We went upstairs for the inspection but again on our way out, he told us we had to leave through the back.Elevators are filthy, we weren’t allowed to see the ammenities, and the apartments were just superficially nice but with cheap materials. Countertops aren’t solid, no curtains on the lounge-room windows, tiny showers, tiny rooms and lots of road noise.They were more rude to the poor agent running the inspection, telling her to leave and come in through the back.The aesthetic is only an inch deep.I’d expect a higher quality complex from such elitist treatment.

So much marble. Luxury finishes.Kitchen is solid, island bench / splashback and bench top are all made of marbles.We inspected the lower levelled apartments and one high levelled apartment. High apartment was another level with amazing views.
