Love this store and the people are so amazing. They always make you feel comfortable and they make shopping fun. Anytime I'm looking for something or need any information all of them go above and beyond and it's always a amazing shopping experience.

The staff at the Devonport store are mostly friendly and helpful. Went to them recently with a product failure and some of them were happy to hel, with the exception of one staff member who questioned me and made me uncomfortable.

Very poor customer service from the women behind the counter. I had a preorder delayed by 3 months yet when it arrived I was told that I had 48hrs to collect or I loose my deposit. They had no leniency on this even though I have spent a lot of money in that store. They also said their policy changes depending on the level of EB card you have which is ridiculous. They have lost my business from now on and I will go to the Launceston or Burnie store from now on. Very very poor treatment of a regular local customer.

Honest opinion it's great service. Good friendly people location is good. Just little low on stock. But they can order if haven't got anyway. For example. I wanted a wired ps4 controller but they didn't have. They told me hang on sec they look out back and find a hiden gem for me a good controller actually better than I had in mind and it was a wired one like I asked.
