Telstra Forster

Extremely disappointed with the customer service in the Forster store today.Upon entering the store, I was only acknowledged by one of the Staff members and he was busy with two other customers and that was (Liam).I proceeded to the counter and waited and waited and waited.Not one of the three, yes (3) other males, obviously doing something else important, looked up, said hello,acknowledged that I was even there at all.Just a simple Hi, one of us will be with you soon would have been nice.Maybe you need to educate your Team members Telstra, on how to demonstrate good customer service and you might just command a little more respect from your customers, after all, we certainly pay for it.

I had the best experience today. Previously, probably a year ago there were not helpful people at this shop.However today I had the best experience I have ever had at a Telstra shop. An employee named Matthew helped me to solve a problem with understanding and ease. He also diffused some disgruntled customers with explanations whilst I was there.Well done, I will now recommend telstra againagain at Forstet I

Incompetent. Tried to purchase Samsung phone on sale and told nil stock. Returned 2 days later to be told it was always in stock but sale had ended and the phone was now $200 dollars dearer.No attempt to offer me a deal so I purchased elsewhere.

I visited the store this morning and my experience was so poor that I ended up leaving having achieved nothing. I first registered and was advised approximately 30 minutes delay which was fine. Unfortunately 30 turned into 50. When I did finally get served the assistant was not very knowledgeable as she had to go and ask about my very first question. She was distracted and kept me waiting again whilst dealing with another customer. She kept repeatedly asking me the same questions and then tried to down sell me on the phone I asked for as they didn't have the one I wanted in stock. Overall a total waste of time. I am sitting down now deciding whether I need to be a Telstra customer or not.

Had a problem, friendly staff solved the problem thanks to Telstra.

Made a 9am appointment for Monday, they're not even open, have taken my money, now it's a struggle to get back, staff don't even know what they're doing, one mistake after another, take your money and run attitude

What's the point of a bricks and mortar shop if you need to book an appointment days in advance? I could understand the need for this setup during the height of the pandemic, but not now. Very disappointing.

Booked appointment, arrived on time, sat and waited 18 min whilst staff talked amongst themselves . . . . Lacking costumer focus in a BIG way.
