Horrible customer service, condescending staff spoke to me like absolute garbage, treated like nothing more than an inconvenience, all because a bit of tape was slightly covering the address on thier label. Happy to correct the issue if not immediately treated like rubbish due to it.

Terrible customer service! I ordered from IKEA and it was such a painful experience for collection. I ended up calling IKEA to have my order cancelled and obtained a refund. I have provided IKEA Head Office Aus feedback directly to change provider.

Great environment, workers always up for a chat and ask you how your day was. Can be quite confusing for which toll you need to go to. As there are two tolls side by side
