Very helpful and friendly service.There is a wide variety of machines available to try with to see which one fits your needs. Peter and everyone at the store are full of helpful information, they are never pushy to make a sale, and are always super patient with my questions. After-sales service is fabulous, I went in for a free tutorial on my new sewing machine & Peter walked through how to use it with me for at least an hour.I have tried other shops closer to me but I am more than happy to drive 50 minutes to have my machines serviced with Peter and the crew.

Knowledgeable Tech, Friendly Staff & Exceptional Customer ServiceI had my machine serviced back in December—all good, they solved my problem (and it felt like it ran smoother than it did brand new). Last week I was sewing something, er, ambitious, and the whole machine jammed up. Basically, I broke it. I dropped it in yesterday expecting to leave it with them for a couple of weeks. Ben stopped what he was doing, waved his wizard wand over it, fixed it AND he didn't charge me (because the service comes with a guarantee).If you have a machine these folks will service, then you don't need to look any further. You have found the place you need! All the staff I've dealt with are very friendly and patient. Ben is a skilled and knowledgeable technician. Parking is easy, advice is free, there’s no hard sell, and you’re made to feel like you matter. These are old-school values that you don’t see much anymore. I unhesitatingly recommend Sherlock Holmes Sewing Machines. I'd be shocked if you weren't happy with their work.

Great service, easy off street parking, family run business, been in the industry for a long time, 40+ years. Really know their stuff and serviced our 70 year old singer machine, very fast and thoroughly. Well and truly enjoyed, and very helpful. Machine runs like new! Thanks Peter & Dan.

I have gotten to known Peter and Sheree for a while now and I love the way they do business. To say they go the extra mile is an understatement. Their passion and focus in very much on providing after sales service, care and training for their customers. I love the atmosphere in the shop and will definitely return to Sherlock Holmes Sewing Machines many times in the future.
