2nd time in one month, I have purchased stinky off meat, pork roast and bacon from the deli. Total disgrace make sure you check the meat before you purchase from them. Upon returning the manager did not care all of the pork roast in that section off. He did nothing about it “beware”

We went here as it was opened on the public holiday. Was very busy. Offered a good range something more pricey than other supermarkets. Easy location and good amount of parking.

These guys are normally pretty good, limited items, but plenty of other substitutes and quality stuff, too.Vut we went in at about 7am, and the shelves in the dairy department were empty as well as some of the stuff on the shelves. It was very slim pickings, and I was only able to get 3 products from the five I wanted.

Drakes is a great alternative to the big supermarkets, while it may be a little more expensive for some products, it is likely attributed to the fact that lots of the items sold are sourced domestically and cost more to produce.The hours of operation on holidays are fantastic, Drakes of often the only store opened on holidays in the North Lakes area.

I was served by a lovely lady last night named Charlotte on the service desk registers 080_LANE11. 133 is her number on the receipt at 6:53pm on 24/1/23. Not only was Charlotte a pleasure to talk to but also interacted with my boy asking him about his first week back at school and had a conversation with him. It's great when staff interact with the children as well. It was a pleasant experience all round

Every single Uber Eats order I make, something gets refunded. They don’t give me any options for an exchange or substitute, I’ve even put it in notes. Then it takes a week for UE to send the money back. PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD START SUBTITUTING

Great value for prices! . The lady at bakery was so lovely and friendly chatting to everyone! Very small isles and no one to help at the checkouts though! Other than that is worth a visit great product choices also!

Very convenient place, I went there with my Nanna who is shorter than me (I'm a late teen). I found it really nice, got some good brownies that we thought were lamingtons, and the whole place honestly looks really good, which is a huge plus :)
