Bought a really nice bike from Shane and the guys ,wrapped with the bike and the level of service I received. Everything was explained clearly and I felt confident dealing with the guys. The bike was delivered with new tyres and not cheap ones either. Would recommend these guys to anyone looking to buy a bike

I purchased a Harley from the team at International motorcycle importers and I couldn’t be happier. Everything I wanted in a bike was already done, the guys there are very good at their jobs and made me feel welcome straight away and not just another customer. On arrival they greeted me and took my trade in. They then proceeded to organise the paperwork at which was explained in great detail so that I was able to follow it precisely. I also bought some added extras for safety and also some new parts for the bike. All in all I would highly recommend the guys at this shop as they know what they are doing and talking about and the price I rode away on was excellent. Worst Motorcycle buying experience ever.I ordered this bike early September ‘21 interstate, exchanging numerous calls and emails of the bike being in immaculate condition and ready to go, everything I was told was too good to be true. 3 weeks later on the 25 SEP it arrived and wouldn’t start, after changing spark plugs and battery it fired up but was you couldn’t give it over quarter throttle without it choking out, the problem would get better and then worse it was running okay so I thought it’d be right. I then had to wait another 3 weeks before they even got back to me with the import approval paperwork, conveniently outside of the 2 weeks “dealer insurance”. Towards the end of October, the bike couldn’t get faster than 40 without choking out struggling to get fuel through the lines.Over the course of the next few months up until now I attempted to contact the dealer for help with no avail, I towed the bike into a H-D dealership mechanic who then explained that the bike has “the worst rusted out tank that’s ever been into the store from sitting for years” that needs to be replaced urgently, which has ruined the injectors and almost completely clogged the fuel lines. Not a cheap fix. After a lengthy back and forth, I was told that it was my fault and they “won’t be held responsible” for my mistakes and despite my attempts to contact them frequently over the last 4 months they “didn’t believe me”, even after sending the invoice from the last bill of repairs.So now I’m left with a broken bike and thousands upon thousands in repair bills, this experience has not only destroyed my trust in second hand dealerships, but also my bank account.
