Great reception staff, always are friendly, efficient and helpful. Very happy with the doctors I choose to see. Thorough, knowledgeable and I feel safe in knowing I am provided excellent care.

I have never had an issue with this surgery. Staff behind the counter are always friendly and eager to help. My doctor is very thorough and i wouldn't go anywhere else. It is difficult times we are in but i appreciate the care they give me.

Have been going to Hackham Medical Centre for nearly 15 years. All the staff are friendly, helpful and cheerful. Met Dr Brew for the first time this afternoon and he was very approachable and willing to discuss my health queries in detail.

I have visited nearly every doctor in this practice. They almost always run late and then rush through appointments. Examinations are brief, even after asking some doctors to slow down and be more thorough. Their dismissal of my health concerns is absolute negligence.

They used to be fantastic but not anymore, seems to be all about the money. I lost my prescription so asked if they could resend it but no they are adamant that I need to see the dr again to get it. However 3 months ago it was fine to send via text, money grabbing at its finest, so will be going elsewhere from now on

The Receptionists are amazing are warm and actually care,It's a sad thing though when they are apologising for the lack of empathy from the doctor /female I just seen.It's also sad that a consultation is only 12 minutes, unless you pay for a double consult, , but you don't even get to explain your situation properly because the doctor won't stop talking long enough to get a word in, and just me saying I have a chest infection, gives me a prescription just like that without even hearing my chest or checking as an asthmatic that I may also have pneumonia, that I've had a couple of times previous, I will never see that doctor again, and I'll have to actually go to the hospital if I need to be checked over properly, it's all about the money for doctors surgeries now, no care factor at all.

I have taken my 2yr old daughter to this medical centre twice in the past month. The staff at reception are helpful and friendly. Both times I attended the doctors were courteous, polite and good with kids.

My Son Yahya needed to see the Doctor as we were travelling overseas, these days are notoriously very busy. The receptionist was very kind & obliging. Dr Saad Durrani was very courteous & efficient. Excellent reception and amazing nursing staff. Thank you for being so kind to me. I would highly recommend this practice to everyone

I’ve been attending this clinic for years now. Always have found the reception staff to be friendly and the Doctors thorough and knowledgeable. Always easy to get an appointment at this clinic too, often same day. They’re always busy there so I don’t mind waiting.

Professional and caring. We have been patients since the practice first opened. We moved interstate and back and were lucky to return to our favourite GP Blaceline (she is awesome). Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
