Been on the JEFs program for about 7 months now. Dropped a wedge of kgs. Fixed my lower back pain. Can run like lightning and he’s also a good bloke to have a beer with. Highly recommend

What convinced me to join up to JEF Athletics inaugural training camp was Josh’s motto for his business: getting blokes moving again, pain free. It really resonated with me and, after 12 weeks of awesome group fitness sessions and WhatsApp banter with new mates I left a much fitter and motivated person than I had been before starting. Josh’s attention to each bloke in the group and his contribution to the camaraderie between the squads made for a fun and competitive atmosphere that allowed everyone to excel. And, there’s nothing like being called out in a WhatsApp chat in front of a dozen other blokes to make you think twice before skipping out on the next sesssion!
