If i could I would give them a negative star. My Internet drops out every 10-15 minutes and will not come back until I restart my modem. At night times might go for an hour but in peak hours it last approximately 5 minutes. Multiple support tickets phone calls half a dozen emails didn’t get me anywhere. They don’t reply to my emails, they never follow up my support tickets and it is impossible to get through their phone support. I had an unusable Internet for months now and I am currently writing a letter to the telecommunications ombudsman. Shame on you Skymesh...

The worst telecommunications company I have ever had to deal with (yes, worse than Telstra). After 25 days without ANY internet service I just called to cancel my service entirely after being fobbed off by their email support team.SkyMesh have billed me for yet another month (I STILL DO NOT HAVE INTERNET SERVICE & HAVE HAD NO FURTHER CONTACT FROM SUPPORT SINCE LAST MONTH) and I have just been told over the phone by the customer service" representative that I will not have the invoice refunded or a credit issued for this month due to their 30 day cancellation period. After explaining that this was unjust due to SkyMesh not providing a service they are charging for

Must have been taken over by Telstra or Centrelink! Prior to 2016 brilliant, now the Jetstar of Australian Internet services after they were bought out by UK Satellite company. Slow slow speeds, try and talk to a human to upgrade then be prepared to set aside your day to be on hold, mostly without success. I am sure its not the staff but the amount of work they are expected to do to maximise profits for an overseas board with no understanding of customer service? Please lift your game!

We started with high hopes and have never found happiness. Connectivity marginally better than dial up, with so many drop outs. Support people are helpful and nice but every call ends up cant find problem and will refer in to NBN to resolve and nothing more ever happens not even a return call. Then next time you ring the same happens and so on. Dont both emailing support as suggested cause they dont get back to you. If I could find another service provider I would happily change. But they are very quick to direct debit every month.

Our experiences using Skymesh (25mins North of Brisbane). Slow internet, even slower towards the end of the month, very very long wait times when trying to speak to a service member on the phone. When it did come time to opting out of Skymesh’s service, Skymesh were very difficult by refusing to disconnect us, continued to bill us. This process took over 6 months of to-ing and fro-ing with the company. They introduced an overdue bill without notice to customers. Save yourself the ongoing stress and buy your internet from somewhere else.

Skymesh is terrible. Speeds are slow. 100g lasts us less than 2 weeks which isn't right because it lasts us on nbn in the city. The wait times for technical support can be 2 hours which is insane but sales answer within 10 mins so you can see where their priorities are.Go with starlink if you want decent internet it's worth the cost.

Plans are no longer competitive.Extremely long wait times when attempting to contact customer service.Look at the terms and conditions, they will invoice you for an additional month from the day you cancel. This obviously cancels out any benifets of advertised lower monthly rates at the beginning of the plan.My advice is to select another ISP if you are able or at least get them to waver the sneaky kick in the tail when closing your account.Only positive was that I considered the service somewhat reliable. Ping times understandably slow with satellite and useless for online gaming.

If I could give no stars I would! Aside from being ridiculously expensive and taking advantage of rural communities, this company does not care AT ALL about their customers. I've sent 5 emails about a billing enquiry with no response. I've called customer service 6 times and waited over an hour before hanging up. This has been going on for 3 months. Today, I finally got on to someone in customer service after half an hour, only to be told not only do I have to pay the usage charge for the month in which they suspended my account (because of theunaddressed billing enquiry), I have to pay an extra 30 days of no internet access as a cancellation fee! This company is disgusting and I will be pursuing this with consumer affairs - Rebecca Penny

Terrible service. Would strongly advice not going with SkyMesh/Muster.Very quick to take my money and hook me up, however, they usually take 4 weeks to respond to a basic enquiry. The whole situation is disappointing. I’m on SkyMesh’s premium package; would hate to see what their normal packages are like.Reception’s terrible.Would prefer dial-up to SkyMesh’s service. In my opinion, save your money, not worth the headaches that will follow.

TERRIBLE, worse than my dial up 20 years ago, shilled as being award winner by so called review companies who all seem in each others pockets. The truth from my experience of a year of frustration is1. Multiple drop outs even on a sunny fine day... every single day2. Heavy late penalties if you miss a payment due to your card expiring3. Very poor support - mostly end up emailing them and wait up to a week for a reply (other than auto)4. Monopoly exploiting the fact5. Off peak is like 1 am and most of the data in plan is off peak.. go figure6. Pitiful download speeds7. Overpriced waste of time service, thank god there are now real alternatives like Tesla sky net (expensive super fast) and Telstra sim router - adequate - fast and reasonable prices. In a word stay away
