The owner was very helpful. The room was clean. The kids have the pool and spa area. The motel was near to supermarket. It was a great trip.

Hot water is hot. Room is roomy. Bed is comfortable. Staff are happy to go above basic service. Keys go under the mat if you are really late. Breakfast is hot and fresh and good portioned. Highly recommended if visiting in the area for family or business events. Good choice of shops and cafes within walking distance. Noise is minimal even though motel is situated on the Main Street

We booked this hotel for 2 nights and were extremely disappointed with our experience. There were people staying above us in the hotel and both nights all we heard was constant running up and down and jumping in the rooms above us.We did not feel safe at all during our stay and unfortunately I felt for the price, the rooms lacked also, carpet was all stained and our curtains didn’t even completely cover our windows.

Night before they tried to cancel my booking despite being booked for months ahead and when I got there they said they had upgraded the room but it would cost me extra!!!I had colleagues who booked there too only to be told that they couldn’t stay as they didn’t have the rooms anymore despite getting confirmed bookings days earlier. They were told when they arrived!!!It was a large event weekend in town for the Country Fire Authority and so not much left. They were sent to a couple of very seedy places to stay. Which were not children safe.Also it was a free for all with the parking and I was unable to leave in the morning because I was blocked in!!Had to knock on all the doors to find out who had parked there!!!No car park numbers for units!Won’t stay there again

Having used this well-located Motor Inn on a number of occasions previously to visit family in Mooroopna, we chose to stay there again - this time to watch our great grandson play football for the Mooroopna Cats Under 12's on Friday Night. The room was comfortable and roomy. Facilities were very satisfactory providing all that we required during our stay.The owner treated me with cheerful courtesy and engaged in friendly conversation.Our room down was well heated by the the split system cooling/heating system, particularly as our night there was very cold.Again, we would not stay anywhere else when coming up to Mooroopna to visit our family, preferring not to have to stay somewhere in Shepparton - a very convenient motel.

Reveived a warm welcome. Room was clean and comfortable. Had all the amenities we needed. Great to have a small kitchenette. Handy to restaurants and supermarkets. Bed was comfortable and shower was hot with a lot of pressure. Could park right outside our room.
