This online mower spare parts dealer has a phone number , answers the phone and dispatches same day if part is available. Ordered Friday, received Monday. Was happy to chat about the part, and was honest about part availability, and provided follow up. We had initially ordered with another local onliine mower spare parts dealer - 3 weeks ago and still waiitng for an ordered part (listed as available) - they do not have a phone number, and do not answer emails. What a difference! Highly recommend Outdoor King.

!0 days after order. No word no update no nothing. Ring them up and get told could be another 3 weeks. Asked politely if it would be advisable to send customers an ETA on orders. Dealt with extremeley rudely. Told basically to stick my order up my A and nick off.They're also the only forum to screw money out of people for PDF downloads of old equipment manuals. Another example of only in Australia.-So on a site you completely control there's thousands of positive reviews and not a single negative. What a surprise. Yet on an independent review forum the story is different.Hiding? I rang you and gave you my order number. I'm not hiding behind anything i filled in my Google profile randomly for privacy i had no idea what it shows. You know exactly who i am anyway we spoke about the order.Why would it be a non AUTHENTIC review just because you don't like it?My review is fair and correct and the treatment on the phone was appaling. That's what happenned. The problem was addressed personally by you in an extremely poor manner.You admit you're far from perfect. Thank goodness for that. Very far.

It took 4 months to get my spare part that said I ordered 10 of a 35 year old part they managed to find 7 in the end and I imagine they were not easy to find extremely grateful I couldn't get them anywhere else and had already been scammed multiple times trying to buy from various places
