Excellent service. Mario is the best mechanic ever. I've used Bay-Tech since they've opened, for my regular services and I drive all the way down from Aspley for it, that says it all!

I needed a new battery and, as a loyal customer of Bay-Tech Auto Haus, Mario was able to get me a genuine VW battery and fit it for me at short notice. As usual, the communication from Mario was great, explaining what he'd done; lots of fault codes were generated when my battery died and he did his thing with the machine and reset and checked everything all for a very reasonable price. As always, I'm a very happy customer.

No hidden charges or surprises either and he is able to provide a quote on the work to be done when other operators refuse to. Mario delivered customer service that provided a comfortable, convenient and honest experience, it was honestly incomparable to any other service that I have received. Due to my employment, Mario offered to take my car into his workshop for me, at no additional cost!Mario stayed in close contact, communicating issues that he found, inclusive of what the approximate cost would be, ensuring that I was happy to proceed with various aspects of repairs. Mario provided such an impressive cost for labour and parts that it was almost unbelievable. I was actually looking to purchase a new vehicle due to various other exorbitant quotes that I received, and if it wasn’t for Mario, I would be several THOUSAND dollars out of pocket, getting rid of a perfectly good vehicle. Mario stated that his business model is to provide a realistic and honest price, rather than extortionist prices that other mechanics charge, which was absolutely evident in what I paid.I have never received such a comprehensive list of what was serviced/repaired and what needs to be completed in the future. He also provided advice on what to check, and how frequently to check it, to prevent any future issues. Mario even offered to contact battery world on behalf of me to obtain a new battery! Mario is always more than polite. Such a pleasure to deal with. His knowledge of German cars is first class and he is always reasonably priced. Definitely will ne taking all of my cars to him.

I recently had Mario replace the waterpump on my VW Golf and I couldn’t have been happier with the service he provided. He was very informative throughout the whole process, and it was easy to recognise his professionalism and knowledge after inquiring on the phone about the fault.
