What a surprise the day turned out to be .We were invited to come along with our hotrods cruziers for the car show and hopefully we would stay for the band at around 3 pm. We did stay and had a ball. Just sat around and talked to some many friendly folk and the time flew by. Kinda glad we went and will be there again for sure next year. Just one hell of a friendly atmosphere .

Kingston is a small community with a lovely Avenue of Honour .Trees just starting to turn to autumn hues.Commercial hotel provides a homely feel ,with good food and friendly staff .The showgrounds has an historic grandstand and there is a small hall available to hire for club groups .Hall has large pot belly stove , ( great in winter ) and a good kitchen .Clean toliets in separate block .Have stayed many times with our motorhome club as there is plenty of flat parking .All the locals are extra friendly .
